FILTERS: 'type', 'type__ids', 'program', 'agency__ids', 'last_updated'

GET: Return a list of all Events

SEARCH EXAMPLE: /2.2.0/event/?search=Dragon Searches through name

ORDERING: Fields - 'date', 'last_updated' Example - /2.2.0/event/?ordering=-date
